    3. Rental Caps:  Why are the desirable and how do they impact financing?
    4. The proper procedure for evicting problem tenants and other remedies available under your governing documents.

Michigan State Journal of Animal and Natural Resource Law Annual Law Symposium (Lansing, MI)

Details:     The symposium will discuss legal issues related to service and emotional support animals. The symposium will include professionals who work with training service animals, lawyers who deal with issues related to emotional support animals under the Fair Housing Act and pending legislation that may impact requests related to emotional support and service animals.
